What time does the program start?
Our program begins right after 7 pm with a cocktail hour from 6 pm-7 pm. Ballroom doors will open at 7 pm.
Who is headlining the event this year?

Will there be drinks for purchase?
Yes! We will have multiple bars with drinks available for purchase.
What is the dress code?
This year’s event will be Black Tie - remember that it is August in Texas so we want folks to be comfortable and dress in their southern best!
When do table assignments close?
August 16th. After this date, we will not guarantee a printed name tag for substitutions. Guest name substitutions after 8/16 will be offered a handwritten name tag.
